| Speaker: Frank Rottier Associate Professor Dr. Frank Rottier is an Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Loyola University –Chicago’s Stritch School of Medicine. He practices within the Loyola University Health System and at Hines Veteran’s Hospital. He served as President of the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association in 2013-14 and is a Delegate to the American Podiatric Medical Association. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons.
